The staff were exceptionally attentive and very attentive, as for 4-stars hotel. Loved the location in many restaurants in London. What's more, it was adjacent to an island and Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa.

Had big and huge room complete with sofa, bedroom plus attractive newly decorated bar. The location was awesome, close to the white coral island, stayed here during my trip. All the services were great. The staff was truly friendly, offered a tour desk, wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The hotel was located near to the coral reef with countless species of fish, rays, sharks and turtles, the private beach and the bridge. The room was brand-new and modern, had smoke detectors for the safety. The beds were comfy and the view of the sunset was picturesque. We walked everywhere, the location was unbeatable, by the lovely Hazel from guest services who seemed to be all over the resort in the days afterwards always smiling asking if everything was ok.

The value for money at Cinnamon was truly exceptional! Our room was not only beautiful and comfortable, but also provided us with amazing views of the underwater life. The location of the hotel was perfect, with pristine beaches and stunning natural surroundings. The staff treated us with such kindness and attentiveness, making our stay truly memorable.
